Supermarket Museum – futuristic visions in post-growth times

The Supermarket Museum is an international collaboration of artists and leaders in agroecology from Europe aimed at transforming our food system. The project addresses the question, “How will we LIVE TOGETHER in the context of intersecting crises—climate, ecological, economic, and social—and the limitations associated with them?”

A group of artists, agroecology and permaculture leaders, and volunteers have created an online international audiovisual exhibition called “The Supermarket Museum.” In Warsaw, on May 15th and 16th, 2021, the International Forum of Permaculture and Agroecology Educators, an inspiring meeting of agroecological alternative pioneers, will take place as part of the project. The Agro-Perma-Lab Foundation received a grant for the project from the Solidarity Culture Fund, which supports innovative cultural initiatives that strengthen solidarity and address the consequences of the pandemic for European societies.

The project was co-financed by the European Cultural Foundation.
